The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their regular operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties. Still, it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, make it possible to identify the navigating users by its very nature.
This category of data includes the 'IP addresses' or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the web server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the web server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the site's use and to verify its correct operation and is deleted immediately after processing.
The data above could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or other sites connected to it. Except for this possibility, at present, data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

Cookies

Cookies are not used to transmit personal information, nor are so-called profiling cookies and/or user-tracking cookies used.
The use of so-called session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user's computer and are deleted when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable the safe and efficient navigation of the site.
The so-called session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other IT techniques that could compromise the confidentiality of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal data that identifies the user.

Rights of data subjects
The subjects to whom the personal data refer, possibly collected in the aforementioned specific sections, have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such data and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their integration or update, or rectification (ex articles 15-16 GDPR 679/16).
According to Articles 17- 18- 19 of the Regulation above, you have the right to request the deletion or restriction of processing, as well as to object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
