I worked for Askoll for 11 years and then, after 4 years of experience in another company, I accepted the offer to return. It was an important and right decision for me. Askoll focuses on human resources, potential and values, which are important to me. Askoll gave me the opportunity to grow in my career and learn many new things from a finance and HR perspective.

I have start working in Askoll since 2006: during all these years I could sincerely say that each year brought me satisfaction because of the new projects, because of my team’s experience growth and because of the continuous improvement challenges implemented in the production processes over the years. I’m proud to work in Askoll because of the professionality of the people in the Group I’m working with and also because my efforts of making things in the right way were every time appreciated.

This year is my 17th years with Askoll, from a fresh Operator to a Production Manager, from the first screw assembled to leading a big team, I have witnessed the growth of AMT, and received countless warmth and support in the meanwhile. At AMT, an open and efficient teamwork is the core driving force of production, which delivers green value to our customers embedded in every motor and pump. At AMT, I was moved by the warmth of the shared growth of the company and people, which defines the trusty-worthy reputation of Askoll brand with innovative technologies and quality.
